You are worthy of the help you deserve...

I am no stranger to Mental Illness myself. I have struggled with my own issues for most of my life. Once I began seeing a clinician I was able to become aware of cycles that I have created in my own life that no longer served me. Though therapy is no walk in the park (to say the least), learning that I am enough exactly as I am, and becoming increasingly self-aware of who I am, taught me that I didn't have to hide any longer. I could grow in to the person I am. Is it easy? No. Am I still learning? Yes. Does it take a lot of personal work? Absolutely. But the more self-aware we become the easier it is to overcome. Issues will arise over and over again, but once you realize just how much more powerful you are over your issues, it's a game changer. If you are feeling stressed, withdrawn, afraid, sad, hopeless, etc. I want you to know that you are NOT alone and you are NOT crazy. You're feelings are valid and they are telling you something about yourself.

Everyone is going through their own diverse range of problems and mental health issues- I am here to help. If you think you are in need of therapy or just in need of help, I want to encourage you to reach out to someone, whether it is a friend, a family member, a therapist, or a colleague. You are worthy of the help you deserve.
